When the path starts raising questions

When working with a team, what we thought was the correct answer may not be enough. We must understand others' challenges, explain our own reasoning, and dare to ask when unsure.

When the team comments that the information is unclear, the character in the sample story goes back to refine the explanation and test it with colleagues again. What was learned is that work quality does not come from thinking alone, but grows through feedback that is understood and can be applied.

OUR COMMUNITY · Together

What gets you through your first job is not knowing everything.

Start by writing down what you don't yet understand, then ask questions that clarify both the goal and the limits of the task. Try a small piece of work, ask for feedback, and review what can be reused.

Clear feedback shows us what to adjust. This sample invites you to see feedback as part of developing the work, not as a verdict on our ability. Once we understand the team's reasoning, the next revision starts from shared goals.

A Message for Fellow TNI Members

After submitting a piece of work, ask your teammates which parts helped the most and which parts need more explanation. Choose one suggestion to revise, then see how your communication improves.

If you have an experience you would like to share, the association welcomes story ideas that could be developed into real interviews to help members from different cohorts learn from one another.
