Short summary
The TNI Alumni Association is a juristic person registered with the Bangkok Metropolitan Registrar of Associations. Registration no. จ.6277/2567 (27 May 2024). It is administered by a committee in accordance with its regulations, is separate from the institute, and does not engage in political activities.
Who decides, and how can it be verified?
- The Committee has 10–20 members elected by the General Meeting for 4-year terms (Articles 16, 19).
- The President represents the Association and chairs meetings; two Vice Presidents act on their behalf when necessary.
- The treasurer prepares the income and expenditure statement and balance sheet and keeps supporting documents for audit (Article 16.8).
- Ordinary members have the right to request inspection of the Association’s documents and asset accounts, and to vote at the General Meeting (Clause 13).

Finance and Incoming Payments
Payments for goods and donations are accepted through the association's system at member.tnialumni.com, with receipts provided. The association will never ask you to transfer money through private chat. If you are unsure, always verify with the association through the contact page first.

The association collects and uses information only as necessary to look after members, and members choose for themselves what information to disclose. Read the privacy notice.
Listen and report back
Members may share opinions on activities and policies at any time through the ideas page or by contacting the association. The association publishes news and activity photos on the news page and its Facebook page.
