The Association collects and uses your data only as far as necessary to look after members, and you choose for yourself what to disclose to other members.

The membership system uses the graduate records provided by the Institute to confirm that applicants are genuine alumni. The Association only stores student ID, first name, last name, faculty, major, and year of graduation. It does not store national ID numbers, addresses, or birth dates from the Institute's records.
When you register, you sign in with your Google account and enter your contact details, occupation, languages, education, and birthday (month and day) yourself. The association does not receive your Google password.
Who can see your information?
Verified members can see your name, faculty, major, graduation year, class and only the additional details you choose to share. You can change your sharing settings at any time. Private fields are neither displayed nor used as search filters.
System administrators and staff assigned by the committee can view only the information necessary for their duties. All approvals and data exports are logged. The Association does not sell data or use it for political purposes.
Chat with AI admin Hana
Private chats sent to LINE OA @tnialumni and the association's Facebook Page may receive replies from "Hana", an AI assistant using Anthropic's Claude model. The system sends only the latest chat message to Anthropic to generate a reply and does not send your name or user ID. Under the commercial terms of service, data is not used to train AI models.
Vacant seats, payment confirmation, refunds, rescheduling, and complaints are always handled by staff. Type "talk to staff" at any time · Chat messages are automatically deleted after 14 days, and deleted immediately when you unfriend the LINE OA.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion of your account and data, objection, or withdrawal of consent via the buttons on the privacy page of the member system, or through the Association's Facebook page. The Association will act within 30 days.
