OUR COMMUNITY · Together

Your first task doesn't have to be perfect, but you must learn from it

Sample stories from alumni that invite you to hear the thinking behind starting a career and growing.

This is a simulated interview for designing the alumni story page. It is not the history or words of any real person. The character “Sample Alumni A” is used only to test article structure, images, and the placement of interview clips.

Episode 1: From classroom to first job — Sample content for discussing the differences between problems solved in class and situations encountered in real work, including communicating with teams, prioritizing tasks, and learning from experienced people.

Read all stories

Episode 2: What keeps you going — The interviewer will ask about handling uncertainty, how to ask for advice, and lessons learned from mistakes. Actual content should use examples the interviewee agrees to disclose, and facts relating to other organizations or individuals must be verified.

Episode 3: Lessons to pass on — This section is reserved for advice drawn from the interviewee's experience. Personal opinions must be clearly separated from statistics or facts, and readers must not be led to think that one piece of advice suits everyone.

When producing real stories, the website will add the name, faculty, graduation year, work context, interview date, and credits for photos and clips used with permission. Viewers can choose to read articles or watch short clips by topic of interest, with links to related stories.
